What is

Front Up

Front Up is a non for profit Western Sydney based Arts and Cultural organisation that provides vibrant and accessible studio space, professional development opportunities, workshops and social inclusion for artists with disability and/or access requirements.

Front Up programs provide access to a multi-layered level of arts and cultural education, experience and career development opportunities that support experimental, emerging and established artist’s professional practice.

Founded by and based at Ability Options in Seven Hills in Western Sydney, Front Up Studios are an accessible space for artists to develop, create and exhibit new work, engage with the Front Up programs and connect with the arts and culture community.

Front Up’s partnership with Sydney’s diverse arts and culture communities and leading peak bodies offer collaboration and direct access to galleries and institutions such as Art Gallery of NSW, Artspace and Western Sydney cultural spaces such as Blacktown Arts.

The Front Up studios programs, community and partnerships promote artistic vibrancy and social inclusion by connecting artists with direct pathways for access within the arts and culture sector.
